"The duo's biggest asset comes from simply getting better with age. Having recently turned 27, Tegan and Sara have moved from the early coffeehouse folk on albums such as This Business of Art and Under Feet Like Ours to sweet, melodic pop rock found on 2004's So Jealous and The Con. "There were also a few false starts and stops, too much bass at too many points and other glitches, including an abject, late set failure of the stage lights. That left Tegan, older of the Calgary sisters by eight minutes, in the dark, telling a sad tale about violent food poisoning she experienced after breaking up with her longtime girlfriend. It was almost painfully funny to hear her X-rated finale." (read full review).
